A yoga teacher who learned to ship

I built all of this. Some of it even works.

Everything I've made since January, in order. Some of it is live and working. Some of it got me paid. Some were pitches nobody answered. A few are dreams that only exist as websites so far. I left it all in — the misses taught me more than the hits.

Era 01 — Jan / Feb 2026

First sparks

I didn't know what I was doing yet. I built anyway. The first thing I ever made was for people I love, because it was needed that week. Then I felt an idea turn into a real thing with a link you can text somebody — and that was that. Hooked.

Level-ups: first app ever · first form · first shared link · first "wait, I made this?"

Also from this era — Breathe Easy, a breathing app for the smallest humans (experiment).

Era 02 — March 2026

The sprint

One month, a dozen builds. I pitched people way out of my league and made sites for businesses that only existed in my head. I learned databases, logins, and dropdowns by making too many of them. Most of it went nowhere. Every one made the next one better.

Level-ups: auth & user accounts · databases · dropdowns that actually work · pitching with a URL instead of a deck

Also from this era — Camo clothing site, a camo-wear brand that lives entirely in my head (dream) · Virtual Armory (experiment) · Anew Connect, an AI retreat-page builder (dream, still cooking) · Yoga Laughs (experiment).

Era 03 — April 2026

The apps start thinking

First Claude API key. Suddenly the things I made could answer back — a yogi that knows the old texts, a front desk that answers a studio's messages at midnight. This is the month it stopped being a hobby.

Level-ups: first Claude API call · chat interfaces · AI products with real use cases · white-label thinking
Era 04 — May 2026

Leaving the sandbox

Then I traded the website builder for the terminal. Claude Code, real code, real deploys. I rebuilt my whole corner of the internet from scratch, sold my first digital product, and got my first paying client.

Level-ups: Claude Code + git · Next.js · payment links · live schedule API · email funnels (Kit + Resend) · first paying client

Also from this era — Bloom & Grow (experiment) · Ember Glow (experiment) · PWY Brand Deck, the whole brand system on one page (live at brand.peteryoga.com).

Era 05 — Jun / Jul 2026

Real clients

Paid work with live AI in production. An event-ops dashboard, a bespoke AI course for a private family abroad, an intake that interviews people and writes to me about them. Six months from "what's a database?" to this.

Level-ups: Claude in production · multi-env API keys · transactional email pipelines · a browser game · client hand-offs

Got an idea that's half-baked and homeless?

I build fast, I care about how it looks, and I actually ship. If you've got something sitting in a drawer, let's talk. If it's a no, that's a no — begin again on Monday.
